Tenant Info:

• Click here to access your online tenant portal.

• Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

• Any Utility Bills (not included in rent) that Nitro pays on your behalf will be charged to your account along with an additional $10.00 administration fee.

• As of June 1st, 2016: There will be a $10.00 administration fee charged to your account for each online payment that is returned for any reason.

Late Fees are charged on the 6th day of the month!

• If you have a balance on your account over $100 you will be charged a $75 flat late fee.

• If you pay your current rent amount, plus extra towards your past balance, before the 6th, your late fee for the current month will be waived.

• If you pay only your current rent amount, before the 6th, but don’t pay any extra towards your past balance, your late fee for the current month will be discounted by half.
